Just one thing: You can hear the sound of the keys being pushed down. Not that it's a bad thing, since that just means the quality of the mic is beast, but I think it sort of intrudes on the little world I make in my mind with this song.

No doubt a wonderful piece of art. I know the song sahmlockhart is talking about, Alessa's Harmony. They sound similar, but it's pretty obvious they're two different songs. Like ironvargas said, this song is... *ahem* beatifful.

It's actually called Promise (Reprise) :P
I know that song and I love it. Thank you for a review ;)

I opened this in another tab when I was scrolling through the Classical listing, and, of course, the beginning caught my attention, so I stopped and listened to it.
.. After it was over, I finally clicked on the tab to see who made this song... And I instantly recalled writing a review for Reason to Celebrate. It would appear that all of your songs are stunningly composed. This song has substance, it has a body like no other I've heard. You have my gratitude and appreciation for honoring our soldiers with such a beautiful composition.

But it could have done without the snare drum roll that started at 0:42. It's great for a battle song such as this, but since it's named Battle of the Gods, it just brings to mind a weaker, more mortal feel. But the bass drums and brass really brought out the 'Gods' part. Good song.

There wasn't anything wrong with the song, but it sounds... Unfinished. Maybe a little more substance with the notes, or a little sustain or something. The piano sounds kind of flat. Again, the music was good. It's just that the way it was presented could have been better.

Why I love music is because it has an ability to convey so much more eloquent meaning than words can allow. Music is beautiful, animate, alive. It's almost a breathing creature. It paints pictures, tells stories, shares feelings. Each song in the world can only be described in a few words, a phrase at the most. Some are named perfectly.
This, my song.

The epiphany of self-reflection. Calming, inspiring, makes you look back at how you've lived. Combining the water sounds, the stream, the beach, added a natural, pure feel to the song. The transitions flowed beautifully, had a full sound to it. Anyway, since this is a review, I thought I would let you know there is nothing you can do to improve this track. God Bless.
5/5
